These small-group cooking classes take place in our MTC kitchen. We have an 8-person limit, allowing for a personalized gathering and space for you to get to know others and get answers.
Terri will be featuring seasonal ingredients to create delicious, sometimes themed, dishes! You'll watch her cook, asking any questions along the way.
Afterward, you'll all eat the meal together, continuing conversations related to the Paleo-Med diet and lifestyle. This is a great time to get personally-tailored advice and guidance, meet other people interested in the Paleo-Med approach and get direct access to Terri!
